FAQ
How do I order a custom piece?
On the Custom design page, choose the piece and fabric, add any notes, then tap "Send on WhatsApp". The message opens pre-filled; Maison Hiya replies with the measurements to take and a quote.
Which fabrics can I choose?
Fifteen batiks in four collections: The Lady (line-drawn faces), Hibiscus, Nymphéa (ginkgo leaves) and Roots (marbled dyes), plus Éventail Rouge. You can also ask what's new at the atelier.
What is batik?
A resist-dyeing technique: the pattern is drawn in wax, the cloth is dyed, then the wax is removed. Because the drawing is done by hand, every length is unique.
How do I take my measurements?
After your request, Maison Hiya tells you on WhatsApp which measurements are needed and guides you through each one.
